Terms of service

These terms apply to booking a table, buying an event ticket, ordering tea, and enquiring about room hire at https://app.leaflohas.com. The business is LEAF LOHAS LIFESTYLE STORE, trading as 老葉的児子.

Booking a table

• Minimum spend RM 2.00 per person. This is a floor on what you spend, not a deposit — order more than it and you pay what you ordered; order less and the minimum applies.
• Your seat is held while you pay. Payment must be completed within 10 minutes or the seat goes back.
• Please arrive within 30 minutes of the sitting. Later than that, without hearing from you, we may give the table to somebody waiting.
• Rescheduling is free more than 24 hours before, up to 2 times.
• One pot per person minimum. Age 12 and above.
• We use the number and email you leave to contact you about this booking: confirmation, reminder, receipt.

Event tickets

• Tickets are paid for in advance. You receive a QR code — that is your ticket; show it at the door (a screenshot is fine).
• Places are limited and go in the order they are paid for.
• If we cancel or move an event, you may choose a full refund or a place at another one.

The shop

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
• Stock is as it stands when you order. If something turns out to be unavailable we will contact you and refund it in full.
• Delivery is charged by zone and shown before you pay.
• We will tell you when your order is packed, with a tracking number where there is one.

Room hire

Hire is on the terms of the quotation. A deposit may be required once a quotation is accepted; the details are on the quotation itself.

Payment

Online payments are handled by Billplz and support FPX online banking and cards. We neither see nor store your card number. In the shop we take cash, e-wallet or bank transfer.

What we may refuse

We may refuse or cancel a booking that is plainly abusive, that harasses other guests, or that would stop the tea room running. Where that happens, anything already paid is returned.

Governing law

The laws of Malaysia.
