Personal data

LEAF LOHAS LIFESTYLE STORE trades as 老葉的児子, a tea room and online shop. This notice says what personal data we collect, why, who sees it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Table bookings — name, WhatsApp number, email, the date and sitting, how many people, and any note you write.
• Event tickets — the same, plus the names and numbers of friends you bring, if you give them.
• Shop orders — delivery name, address and number, and what you ordered.
• Room hire — contact name, company, what the event is, how many people.
• Payment records — amount, time, method and reference. We never see your card or bank number. Payments are handled by Billplz and the card number never reaches us.

Why

Four purposes only: to hold and confirm your booking, to look after you on the day, to issue a receipt, and to keep accounts as the law requires. That is all.

What is obligatory

Name and number are required — without them we cannot hold a seat or reach you if something changes. Online bookings also need an email address, because that is how the confirmation gets to you. The note field is optional.

Who sees it

• Billplz (payments) and our bank.
• The courier, only when we are posting something to you, and only what is needed to deliver it.
• Our accountant, only the part that is accounting.

We do not sell data, trade it, or give it to anybody who advertises.

How long we keep it

Accounts and receipts are kept for seven years, as required by the Income Tax Act 1967. Booking history is kept while you are our customer — you can ask us to delete it at any time, except where the record is part of the accounts above.

What we will send you

Only messages about your own booking, ticket or order: confirmation, reminder, receipt. These are not marketing. If we ever want to send you news or an offer, we will ask you separately first, and you can say no at any time.

Cookies

One: the one that keeps your basket and your sign-in from being lost between pages. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct anything wrong, or to stop sending you messages. Write to business@leaflohas.com or WhatsApp +60 17-771 8632 and we will deal with it.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Department of Malaysia (JPDP).

Changes to this notice

We will update this page and change the date below. Bookings already made are treated under the notice that applied at the time.
